  Had a meeting a few week ago with a financial advisor to date I have not had a phone call or thank you letter. Very disappointed in their customer service just think of what would happen if I was a customer. Needless, to say I will stay will Bank of Nova Scotia. They lost a potential customer by not following up.

  I've dealt with BMO and TD in the past and with both banks I was able to just drop by whenever it was convenient for me and there was always someone happy to work with me.

  I'm new client of RBC and I go to the Innisfil branch in particular because it's couple of minutes away from where I live however my problem with this branch is I need to book an appointment with them at least three or four weeks in advance for very little straight forward application; which is still fine I can work with that but it gets really frustrating when I get to the branch in this case I booked the appointment eight weeks in advance and the person I'm meeting is not in the branch and no one bothered to call me ahead of time to reschedule... hopefully not all RBC branches are like this.

  This bank will bounce a cheque for $2 because they want their bank fees and then charge you $45. And even though you own a house a car and a bike they still refuse you an overdraft. Guess they need your money more than you do. My 18 yr old son got an overdraft at TD bank after working for 2 weeks! When my family first moved here neighbour's told us not to deal with this branch of RBC. Should have listened
