    Cashed two certified cheques & was bombarded with 100 questions. I think they thought I was trying to scam them or something. Ridiculous. I cashed 3 figure real estate cheques no problem in Newmarket. Stop asking me where I live every time I go there.....you have my half paid off mortgage.

    Very rude & unprofessional. Never had a problem at my home branch in Newmarket.

    To withdraw 10,000 from account you have to wait 4-5 business days... Seriously they can't order it in 24 hours? Never had this problem in other branches.
